Who these terms bind

TODO-LEGAL. These terms govern every order placed through this site. Placing an order is an offer to buy on these terms and nothing else; no other document, quotation or conversation forms part of the agreement unless it is signed by both parties.

Eligibility

TODO-LEGAL. Orders are accepted only from purchasers who are at least 21 years of age and who are buying on behalf of a laboratory, research institution or comparable professional setting. Confirming the age prompt on entry to the store is a representation that both conditions hold.

  • The purchaser is 21 or older.
  • The purchaser is qualified to handle the materials described.
  • The purchaser is not acquiring material for human or veterinary use.
  • The purchaser is not subject to any sanction or restriction that would bar the sale.

Permitted use

TODO-LEGAL. Everything sold here is supplied for laboratory research use only and is not for human consumption. Material is unformulated and is not a drug, a supplement, a food or a cosmetic. It is not offered for the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of anything, and no statement on this site should be read as such an offer.

TODO-LEGAL. The purchaser is solely responsible for handling, containment, record-keeping and lawful disposal, and for any approval their institution requires before the material is used.

Orders, price and payment

TODO-LEGAL. Prices are shown per vial in the currency stated at checkout and exclude shipping and any tax or duty. An order is accepted when it is dispatched, not when it is placed, and an order may be declined at any point before dispatch.

Documentation

TODO-LEGAL. A certificate of analysis is issued per batch and is available on request. Where a certificate is not yet on file the catalogue says so rather than leaving the field blank. The certificate records the method, the instrument and the measured result; it is not a warranty of suitability for any particular purpose.

Limits

TODO-LEGAL. To the fullest extent the law allows, liability is limited to the price paid for the material in question. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
