Shipping & returns
TODO-LEGAL — placeholder copy. Structure and layout are final; the words are not. Owner supplies final text, reviewed by someone who works in this category.
Dispatch
TODO-LEGAL. Orders are picked and dispatched on business days. Cut-off time, handling time and the carriers used are to be supplied. Material ships as a sealed vial, packed dry, with the batch reference on the label.
Destinations
TODO-LEGAL. The list of destinations served, and the destinations that cannot be served, are to be supplied. Import compliance is the purchaser's responsibility: where a destination requires a permit, licence or institutional authorisation, the purchaser holds it before ordering.
Rates and duties
TODO-LEGAL. Shipping is quoted at checkout. Duties, import tax and customs charges are levied by the destination country and are the purchaser's, not the seller's.
Storage on arrival
TODO-LEGAL. Lyophilised material is shipped at ambient temperature and is stable in transit. On arrival it belongs at −20 °C, protected from light. Storage after delivery is the purchaser's responsibility and affects what the certificate of analysis can be said to describe.
Returns
TODO-LEGAL. Because a vial's storage history cannot be verified once it has left, opened or unsealed material cannot be returned or resold. Unopened material may be returnable within a stated window, in its original packaging, with prior authorisation.
- Damaged in transit — report within a stated window, with photographs of the packaging.
- Wrong item shipped — replaced or refunded at the seller's cost.
- Documentation mismatch — batch reference not matching the certificate supplied.
- Opened or unsealed vials — not returnable.
Refunds
TODO-LEGAL. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Timing depends on the payment provider. Return shipping is the purchaser's unless the return arises from an error or damage on this side.
